A：百日咳三合一疫苗，應以疫苗代碼「Tdap」及身分別代碼「R01D」

　　上傳資料至全國性預防接種資訊管理系統(NIIS)

　　R01D：建議定期/不定期的追加劑

　　如青少年、成人、孕婦的自費Tdap，每10年的Td，除疫苗代碼並加註R01D

●於藥品資料內『顏色外觀』欄位（疫苗代碼）設定『Tdap』(大小寫須一致)
